I have been in sales for thirty years and I've attended dozens of new rep sales trainings, advanced sales trainings, sales Boot Camps, etc. This was by far the best organized, most relevant and best presented of any training I've participated in ... and that's including the workshops where Zig Ziglar or Tom Hopkins was the trainer. Every good sales training has great information and a knowledgeable and/or entertaining presenter. The important difference was Bob, you made Bankers core values, EQ selling and your commitment to our success real for me by making those things come alive right there in the room. Teachers are a rare breed. Who else could spend all day in front of a group of people who would rather be elsewhere?

Some teachers believe in us more than we do. They have a way of seen us as successful before we do. Sometimes we feel like giving up, but, teachers don't let us. Teachers know that it takes hard work, very hard, no, extremely hard work, just to get us to the starting point to be equal with our peers and then and only then do we have half a fighting chance to succeed. But, do we know it? Do we appreciate it? Do we believe it? Do we believe in the vision of our own success? Would we, or do we even bother to give yourself the chance to succeed? What is it when a teacher has taken their time to come clear across country to give us a chance that we don't deserve when we don't even believe in ourselves!?

I am pleased with the training I received this week and would like to show my gratitude to a special person, my teacher. I expect great things to come from this training -- you will not be disappointed in me. I appreciate your time, your efforts, your support.

No matter how they choose to demonstrate It, even the smallest and most simple things of teachers are simple lessons that lead to great success. They seem to say, follow me and I will lead you to success. Teachers change the world and they do it with feeling!

I will always remember that teachers taught me that in order to succeed I have to want more. Faith is when you hang on even when there seems to be no other reason to. Failure is just another step forward. That persistence and hard work will pay off. "Winners do what losers won't", and when you fall down, get back up! If you share the same road that many others do, you may be on the wrong road. Don't turn back, you've came to far. Its a rough road that lead to the heights of greatness.

As mentioned to you after class I just wanted to put this into an email for you to have.

I have been in school all my life, from kindergarten to Grad. school. I must have had over 200 different teacher/professors and though I was able to learn a lot from them I have never had a teacher that kept me so engaged and caring about a subject. It wasn't even about the subject (which of course was very interesting) but it was more about the way and the commitment that you had to teach us what you know and want us to learn what you know.

The personal stories made everything more real and gave good examples on how very dry subjects can have a huge and emotional impact on families and us as agents.

I have been thinking a lot about what I want to do here at bankers and because everything is still very new and sometimes even a little bit too much, I have decided for myself that I want this. I want to be able to protect people from any emotional or financial burden that they might run into.

So to wrap this up I just would like to thank you again for an amazing class that thought me more then just who qualifies for a 13x or a 29j.

This seminar was great. The instructor was Robert w. Reish. I have over 40 years sales and marketing experience, 13 years of insurance sales, 1982 ... 1995. Having attended more than my share of company sponsored and non-sponsored events, this seminar was up there with the best.

Bob was certainly responsible for this. His knowledge, attention to detail, planning and execution were flawless. The seminar never lacked important information delivered with the accuracy of a navy seal sharp shooter.
